Nothing like a health scare to get the creative juices flowing. Giorgio Armani dealt with a bout of hepatitis recently and has transformed that battle into a vibrant and youthful collection today for Milan Fashion Week. There were shots of color in rich silks and the exaggerated peplums that layered over tailored skirts like flower petals for Spring. Armani also keyed in on realistic glamour, sending models down the catwalk in comfy (but stylish of course) flats. Armani counted Janet Jackson amongst his fans; the singer turned out for the show in a simple argyle cardigan and striped trousers.
