What girl doesn’t love to be on the receiving end of a bunch of carefully curated flowers? (At least this girl does!) Well it looks like flower power is good for the heart and the face– and especially timely with Woodstock’s anniversary and all. Plus if the beauty products have the real thing, chances are the natural flowery fragrance will beat a synthetic anytime. Check out our latest round-up of natural beauty goodies we’ve been falling bohemian in love for.
WHITE PEONY: STELLANUDE, $63 at sephora.com
With a mixture of white peony, pink grapefruit and pink pepper held together with vanilla and musk, this new delicate scent for Fall is sure to be a crowd-pleaser.

CALENDULA: JURLIQUE BALANCING FOAMING CLEANSER, $40 AT JURLIQUE.COM
For those with sensitive skin, calendula is calming magic. This foaming formulation still feels like you’re getting clean without stripping you of your natural oils.

ROSE: DR. HAUSCHKA ROSE BODY OIL, $28.75 AT DR. HAUSCKA.COM
In the middle of August, we’re not easily convinced of the power of oils, but after several recommendations from some very “green” friends that had that bohemian living glow, we decided to try the Rose Body Oil. The Damask rose extract and jojoba oil blend had a texture that was surprisingly easy to work with and absorbed nicely straight out of the shower. Now our green friends can’t chalk it up to some raw food cleanse!

GERANIUM: AVEDA PETAL ESSENCE TRIPLE ACCENT, $18 AT AVEDA.COM
Eco-aware Aveda has put out a three-in-one pencil that gets right to the “green” point. The pink tip is a creamy formulation for lips and cheeks, while the bright yellow-green is silky-smooth for eyes. All with the help of Geranium leaves.

HIBISCUS: John Masters Organics Honey & Hibiscus Reconstructor, $28.00 at JohnMasters.com
Newly formulated and even more hydrating, this conditioner taps the power of Hibiscus flower extract to maintain a healthy scalp.

ORCHID: CARGO PLANTLOVE BOTANICAL LIPSTICK, $20 AT CARGOCOSMETICS.COM
This Cargo lipstick is eco-conscious from tip to tube. The creamy formula uses a patented Orchid Complex and meadowfoam seed oil to make sure your lips stay hydrated, while the tube is 100% biodegradable and made of corn and the carton is made of flower paper containing flower seeds. Just so your conscience can feel completely satiated, Cargo will donate $2 per lipstick sold to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Takes guilt-free shopping to a whole another level.
